Had a late lunch. Service was prompt and attentive. Calamari was very good. Fish-- blackened grouper-- was nicely seasoned, although serving size was quite small. Rice and green beans were quite bland-- some of the rice was dry and hard. Dessert-- peach shortcaketasted odd due to ""seasoned"" pecans. We left most on the plate after trying to get used to the very unpalatable taste. We were told it is a favorite. Go figure. My wife had blackened chicken and spinach in hollandaise sauce -- too sour. Had this been a $30 meal, I would say ok- I tried it no big deal. Considering it was over $50, however, I must say I was sorely disappointed. Perhaps I should have gone with the items suggested by others on this site, but I cannot say with any certainty that I will be giving the Peasant a second chance.

I must admit that i am not the best person to be rating burgers. It has been about 15 years since i have had an old0fashioned 100% beef burger. When i recently ventured out to Fudds, i had the old college memories of great flavor and value running through my mind. I must say, although i stayed away from the beef, i was not in the least dissapointed. I had the ostrich burger-- impressively flavorful-- and sampled my wife's and son's turkey burgers. Those were delicious as well. In short, i highly recommend Fuddruckers for any tatses. I can't see coming here and settling for the veggie burger though-- although i am sure it is great.
