I love this place for their pork. Sure it's not the ""best"" ramen place, but what makes this place stand out is their pork. It's not too salty or greasy and it is seasoned just right. I love their cold ramen which is really refreshing on a cold day. My main complaint is that I wish they included bamboo shoots and a whole egg in their ramen, but oh well, I still like it. The place is also not expensive.

For me, if I want to go and eat Korean food in Los Angeles, this is the first place that comes to my mind. Not only do they have a wide selection of typical Korean dishes, everything is just damn good. The secret? The owner of the place is a chef and does the shopping for the ingredients himself everyday. You can see him there 7 days a week. Most of the other Korean restaurant owners are not chefs and don't put as much time, care, and energy into their restaurant. This is why you can taste the difference.
