    Great homestyle Italian Food

Had a nice dinner and everything was delicious. Good sauce and serving size. Only drawback is size of room. Worth a visit.

    Amazing Italian/Mediterranean

We had some amazing appetizers! The seafood apps and salads were wonderful. Fish entree was prepared perfectly with a shellfish-tomato broth. Even the bread is amazing - wood-fired oven - and had rosemary and salt. Wines were reasonable and the server had a good recommendation. Go for apps and wine or stay for dinner. Outside seating is nice but it's warmer (both ways) inside.

    Awesome beer bar

Great selection. Had a few pre-dinner beers here and the bartender (beer sommelier??) was great. Made suggestions that were spot-on. Cask-conditioned wheat beer was fresh and delicious. Food smelled and looked good.

Terrific Food and Service - Great Value

Our party of 4 dined there for a 20th anniversary. Our waiter was very professional and attentive. Could have been a bit more savvy about the wines - however - his suggestion (based upon a wine critic's) was spot-on! Creative, delicious salads. Lobster Ravioli with shrimp sauce was so tasty. Our Steaks were absolutely perfect. Filet (rare), Petit Filet (MR) and a hearty Rib Eye (MR) were delicious, seasoned and cooked properly. They had a Pork Osso Bucco special which was amazing. Rich, deep flavors and cooked perfectly, as well. Prices were reasonable for the quality, service and surroundings. For dessert, the Creme Brulee was outstanding. Crisp sugar topping and light custard inside. We had a great time and will return there in the near future. Manhattan quality and service on Long Island at a discount.

Great food, service could be better

We ate there on Mother's Day and I accounted for that fact in my review. Party of 6 adults. We were seated reasonably quickly with a full house. Head waiter greeted us but was rarely seen during the dinner. No wine list offered. We had little attention from the drink waiter (surprising as this is a big money-maker for them) and had to repeatedly ask for wine and beer replenishments. The headwaiter assisted with some drink orders near the end of dinner after I flagged him down. He was friendly and polished.\r \r Desert was a bit hodge-podge. The cart was rolled in and we made selections and were served. Coffee was not even offered as there was no drink waiter. We had to flag one down.\r \r Port wine was offered and I think it was comp'ed or part of the desert service.\r \r Had a good time - the buffet, sides and the meat courses were all very fresh and flavorful. The meat waiters were attentive.

Good gourmet food, service was a bit off. Still recommend it.

My wife and I ate there pre-show and they had some glitches in the service but we would go back for another try. We ordered a raw sampler, three appetizers and a side dish. We told them to bring them in any order as soon as they were ready. With tiny tables, they brought out EVERYTHING at once. I sent back the raw to chill out until there was room and we were swamped with the rest of the stuff. This kind of thing in inexcusable and if the stuff didn't look so good, I would have left. The waiter needs to have better control over the staging of courses and the food delivery guys need to be better trained. Onto the good stuff! The mussels, mozzarella and the raw plate were really good. The menu looks very interesting and we will be back to taste some more.

    Great flavorful, fresh food

Stopped in there last night for a quick bite with my wife. No booze so I bought some beer next door. The dishes were exceptional. The ingredients were fresh, tangy and cooked perfectly. Spicy without discomfort. Service is friendly, too. Trememdous portions for the money, too!

Great food and ambiance. Reasonable prices and great service!

Went this past Friday with a party of four. Attentive service by multiple hosts/hostesses. Wine choices were very good (surprising for a sushi place). Tranquil waterfall in the dining room was a nice touch. We had some unique dishes/rolls and all were delicious. BBQ Chilean Sea Bass roll, Amazing spicy mix was just that. Spicy mixed sushi formed into a star shape and covered in black caviar and a quail egg. It was wonderful. We will return and highly recommend it to others. Reasonable prices didn?t hurt, either!

    Great Shrimp

In a nutshell - we were told we had to go there to try the shrimp salad...period. My wife and I did just that for lunch and ordered the shrimp combo. It was really good and a great value with lots of sweet, pink shrimp (grilled, steamed and the salad). That's all I can say for the food. Service was fine and the beer was cold. Get the shrimp and enjoy.
