Never say never, so it goes. But, I think it's never for me to do business with this place. Some of the staff are very incompetent. Ordered some supplies but it never arrived 2-3wks later. Turns out the staff person who took the order, sent it to an old address and the UPS driver delivers it to another person by the same name! UPS couldn't get the package back even 'tho the other party signed for it & accepted it. I made MANY phone calls to Bittner & UPS over 4 wks. to find out about the status. With the exception of one wonderful, service-oriented employee, Victoria, the other 3 persons I had to deal with at Bittner were unhelpful. One was getting upset that I was calling & couldn't believe I still didn't get my package (as if I was suppose to track it for them). Another promised to resend me the package, drops the ball and leaves for a pen show in LA x1wk, and then off to another state the next week. Then, there's Bob. Avoid Bob like the plague. He is condescending and NEVER follows through. He danced around telling me he could wait until the boss got back a week later and drive to the boss' house to get the pen or give me a pen from his own private stock or call someone else who bought up the supply to get me another! He said he would credit the charges and 4 days later, nothing happened. Had the nerve to comment when I requested for a refund (they are insured by UPS for $100) and after I tired of all this running around and lack of resolution, ""All this because of a pen?"" Totally missed the point about how to run a good business, besides, the order was for more than ""a pen"". You'd think if they want return business, they wouldn't treat customers this way. Only Victoria is reliable enough to follow thru and gave me the refund. She really tries to help you with the problem, the one salvation at Bittner's. I guess their message is, we don't want or need your business. So, I've told all my friends about that story, and so on, and so on.
