Bridal Connection was a life saver for my daughter's 15th b-day, after having a horrible experience with another bridal shop here in SA. It's kind of a long story, but if it hadn't been for Bridal Connection my daughter would have ended up wearing an old prom dress for her party. In about 3 months I was able to order her gown, have it delivered, and do alterations. That was a huge load off my shoulders and my daughter was so happy with the dress. They were very helpful and very nice. My only problem was that the manager had a very strong accent and had a problem understanding me a couple of times but nothing that wasn't resolved right away.
