I was very surprised to read the bad review on Dr. Kano's office. I LOVE Dr. Kano and the entire staff. Delores is a skilled phlebotomist. My veins roll and collapse and I've often left doctor's offices looking like some sort of junkie from all the puncture marks. Delores hits the vein first time every time and with no discomfort. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. I love that Dr. Kano takes the time to chat and understand exactly what's going on. I consider this office the best I've been to in years.
