    The staff was very friendly and service was as promised. An error was made with regard to my Preferred Customer Account and I was incorrectly charged for my oil change. Ultimately the error was fixed and my credit card was reimbursed for the charge.

    Well worth the wait.

    Contrary to what other reviewers said- I found all the staff, including the host, very friendly and effecient. In their defense- I saw lots of people trying to ""beat the system"" to avoid the wait. I'm sure they have seen and heard it all and it probably gets a little old. Anyway, they were all very cordial. Food was delicious and of course desserts were phenomenal. Well worth the wait.
