This was the worst brunch I have ever experienced in NYC in 30 years of going to brunch. The service was nonexistent. The food, when it finally arrived, was cold and inedible. And when speaking to management about it, they actually made it worse. WE did not eat our meals and when getting up to leave were served with a bill for taxes and an exorbitant tip of nearly $20- for HATEFUL service. The only people I would send here would be enemies
