    Excellent Food

    After reading the reviews on another site, I was concerned about dining at India Garden, but we were in Pittsburgh to visit the University of Pittsburgh and we wanted to get a feel for the neighborhood, so we decided to give it a try. The food was excellent and the service was very good. Within moments of being seated we were given drinks and a basket of bread. My daughter's tea was served with a bow and the comment, ""this is special just for you."" The food was a little slow, but it was a busy Saturday night. We noticed that many patrons in the restaurant were Indian, so the food must be authentic. Anyway, it was a great experience and we'll be back.
