Recently bought a wedding gown, head piece and veil for my daughter. The dress and veil were shipped in without any issues but the head piece, that was special ordered, took almost 6 months to arrive from the vendor. When it did arrive, the head piece was wrong!\r
When we called to express our concern we were questioned if indeed the piece was wrong. Then with less than two weeks to the wedding they wanted us to send the head piece back so they could verify it was wrong and then they would ship to the vendor to correct the mistake and trust that we would have the head piece in time for the wedding which is less than two weeks away. \r
My daughter was very upset over what she felt was inadequate customer service and concern from Kelly. When I called I felt the same way. And then to top it off when I told Robin that my daughter was having her wedding pictures the weekend before her wedding and she asked if she were wearing the headpiece in her pictures, I responded ""YES!"" She proceded to tell me I was being a smart alec. Great cutomer service there! If I were really being a smart alec I would have responded that a dumb question gets a smart alec answer. \r
Do the owners know how they treat their clients after the sale?\r
Again, great service while we were in the store, not so great once they had our money and we needed them to resolve a mistake.
