Since I found this salon thru Citysearch, I decided it needed my review. Megan colored my hair: it was not exactly what I asked for, but she was very sweet and took a lot of time, I can live with it. But the hair cut!!!!!!!!!! Kate asked me how I wanted my hair done and proceeded to do anything but what I asked! I even showed her the very shortest I wanted my hair, below my ears. It is so horribly short - top of my ears - and the back and front side comes down like Spock's hair!!!!!! I told her I wanted a FEW long layers in the back - she proceeded to chop and chop short layers all over. Twice I stated how short it was, and she said she had to do it to get it even. The second time she said it will be grown out in a week!\r \r When consulting on how to cut my hair, she said ""You want to keep it soft."" I said yes. My hair is anything but soft. I am furious. I paid out $275.00 and I am embarrassed to go out in public. That is how bad the cut is (and the color doesn't help). \r \r Save your money - go to a mediocre salon and if it doesn't make you happy, at lease you will not have paid an arm and a leg to look like a 80's punk rocker!\r \r
