My name is Angelina Jackson, an Enterprise customer since the early 90s and will continue to do so because of their (Josh Anderson, Lee, Gadiel & others) excellent accommodation, service and extreme helpfulness to my spouse and I. We are sad that Lee and Gadiel had moved to another department, but Josh makes up for it. He's very professional always made sure I was taken care of even when he wasn't there. I will sorely miss him when he leaves. I read one of the reviews, sometimes when their (Enterprise) phone keeps ringing, that means the employees are outside giving a thorough check on the vehicle they are about to rent out. I've witnessed it several times while I was there. It's not because they are ignoring customers calls. They are busy accommodating impatient, rude customers. I feel for the employees such as Josh and others because I know how rude and mean some of the customers can get. In conclusion, I have rented from other rental companies, but Enterprise has the best policies, EMPLOYEES, although I had experienced some rudeness from one employee (she' no longer there, thank God.). But remember, I have been renting from them since the early 90s. As I have stated, Enterprise and its employees like Josh provided me and my spouse great service that is why we have rented vehicles from them once and sometimes twice in a month since the early 90s. What can I say, they are very friendly, accommodating, professional that you wouldn't find at any other rental car company. Keep up the good work Josh and the rest of the crew!
After not knowing where I was supposed to drop off the car (my fault for not checking) and being so frustrated that I was going to miss my flight, the Hertz team was amazing!! The shuttle driver got me to the airport just in time for me torealize I left my wallet on te front seat of the rental.…
CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH FOR THE TRIO THAT WORK THIS LOCATION, GENEVIVE, STEPHANIE AND AL, THEY ARE OUTSTANDING AND HANDLE MY REQUEST FOR RENTAL'S IN THE MOST PROFESSIONAL MANNER. PEOPLE SKILLS ARE OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONALISM SECOND TO NONE, SMILES ACTUALLY LAST THRU MOST OF THE DAY. LOVE THESE GUYS I CALL THEM DIRECTLY FOR THE CAR THEY HANDLE THE REST I AM IN AND OUT IN 10 MINUTES. I AVERAGE AT LEAST 15 RENTAL VEHICLES A YEAR FROM THIS LOCATION AND THEY HAVE NEVER FAILED ME IN THE LAST 3 YEARS. I LIKE THE FACT THAT I DRIVE RIGHT UP AS THEY ARE LOCATED INSIDE THE NORTHSIDE FORD BUILDING ON 281 AND NAKOMA CONVENIENT LOCATION NO REAL TRAFFIC LIKE THE AIR PORT. NO DELAYS. I WALK IN TOSS THEM THE KEYS AND THEY HANDLE CLOSING THE RENTAL E MAIL ME MY RECEIPT. COULD NOT BE BETTER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AS I DO WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY, FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES. Alexandria Barron Treviño can be described in one word... OUTSTANDING!!! She was so helpful in my time of need. We suffered a perilous hailstorm and the rental, that I already had, was torn to shreds and there was plenty of rain still to come. I was very concerned as to how I was going to do it with the rear window busted out and the rear passenger window out also. I am a single-father of 2 small children and their comfort is my main concern. Now, Alexandria didn't know this. It's not like I walk around with a sign that says, "I'm a single father of 2 small children". She was sensitive to the fact of what the rental I had looked like. She gave me guidance and put me in another vehicle. She was such a sweet lady and courteous. Enterprise do an awesome job by hiring her. Enterprise should promote her to train others in customer service. Thank you, Alexandria for being awesome!
The airport location is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The cars are new(er) and they seem to always have a nice range of availability. Additionally, if you do have any issues, it has been my experience that they always have dealt with them efficiently and were helpful - not making excuses or a blame game. My only constructive criticism would be that recently, their cars have not been as clean as possible on the inside. That has been disappointing, Also, when dialing the local number vs, the 800 number; often there is no answer or a long call time. Managers have been responsive & listen. Recently dealt with Offie - and she is top-notch! I am a Blue Chip member and recommend it to all! There are many perks and quick service. Better than OJ's long-gone promises with Hertz any day! : )
Returned from SA on June 5th after attending Air Force graduation. Rented full size car for 5 days and overall very satisfied with our car rental, selection and service. Make sure you have your flight itinerary (return flight # on hand) especially if you are renting with a debt card and have at lease 25% on top of the actual rental cost. (the additional 25% hold gets released when car is returned). Also, suggest you buy the car insurance which is roughly $25 per day (full size car) verses using your own - drivers in SA are aggressive and like to ride your butt!!! even in the rain! If your not an Enterprise member might wont to consider since membership does have it's perks. Thank you for reading my 2 cents Air Force Military Mom ...

They had my wallet to me so fast that I was able to make my flight!!!! Absolutely amazing people that work there!!! They really do care!!!
The convenience of having a neighborhood Enterprise location is awesome. I could probably get a better rate by driving all the way to the airport, but after a long driving trip the last thing one wants to do is drive to the airport to drop off the rental car. The drawback is having to pay the extra rental day as this location is not open on Sundays to return a car. Neither do they have a drop box to drop off keys so that one either has to go into work late or make arrangements for someone to drop off the key. Then again that's where having to pay an extra day's rental comes into play.
Enterprise rent a car is awesome! I wouldnt go anywhere else to rent any vehicle. Their vehicles are clean every time i rent one and they go out of their way to make sure i have the best rental experience. I currently have a long term rental i use for my small construction business and going on +/- half a year i have NO complaints. Their corporate account option for business owners is the greatest alternative to leasing-infact i chose enterprise over anyone elses' lease offers!
Rented a vehicle at this location for a week. First time I have used Enterprise at San Antonio airport. The entire process was fast, the level of service excellent. They were running low on the size auto I had reserved, so they offered me a brand new Kia Sorento for the same price. I make this trip fairly frequently and intend to utilize Enterprise exclusively going forward.
My experience was nothing but more then pleasing with Enterprise on Potranco & also where it was more convenient in getting to my own personal car from the mechanic where I returned the rental at their SW Military Rd. location. Everyone was very nice, helpful & went above & beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied.
