I bought a romper and before I wore it I noticed that the shoulder was ripped. I brung it in to the Largo Maryland location to get a store credit. I spoke with the GSTL named Sharone. She checked it and said that she could not grant it because the little tag in the inside was missing. I asked to speak with a manger she said she was the manger. I asked what her position was she said GSTL. I asked her what that stood for and she said she couldn't tell me. She didn't find any alternative to help me. She was very rude and did not have a customer service attitude. I shop at Target every week and usually have no returns. I feel that her attitude should be addressed for this is a customer service environment.
