Pizza Hut

The Food was fresh and cook to perfection. The employees were respectful and full of hospitality. One of best Pizza Huts I've eaten from.

The is a Shift Manager by the name of Courtney at the Upper Marlboro location that was a bad example of how customer service should be shown. My family and I on 12/13/08 at 5:30pm placed an order w/ this young lady over the phone and she told us that our order would be ready in 25 minutes. Went to pick the order up 25 minutes later and with a nasty- rude attitude the young lady Courtney implied that we never made an order that that she knew nothing about our order. Now I know that I spoke to this young lady, because she gave me her name and I could make out her voice. To be short and brief, to find out that she was a manage, really bothered me. The way she carried her self and the attitude and muffled comments that she made. Was very out of controll, when you are running a business. I will never go to that pizza hut again. My family and I have been going to that pizza hut for years. But I will now drive the extra miles to avoid that attitude. I don't mind a wait, but make me want to wait and make my wait pleasant. Leave the attitude. If you are not happy with your job, don't make other unhappy too. The general manager was great, but that shift leader is not a good support for her. That pizza hut needs better customer service focused employees, that care about the business and the customers. The employees is what sets the customers mood.
