This company can be extremely overpriced. Also beware if you attempt to change plans... they charge rediculous fees. I will never use them again. They were good at taken money though.
After things were booked I felt as though I was on my own.
You could save hundreds if you just did a little home work yourself. IF... I used any agency again, I would first start by doing my own research.

Me and my boyfriend walked into this agency with very high hopes about our plans to travel to New York City during New Years Eve. We sat down to talk to one of the agents, once we told him our plans and our price range he was discouraging. We are just college students and didn’t have a HUGE budget but we thought it would get us by. The man basically said if we did not raise our budget either forget about the trip or if we did go the only hotel we could stay in would be roach infested. After this plan out mean news we got up and left. Later that day, after more of our own searching my boyfriend and I found an amazing flight and hotel that was within our budget. So if you are not extremely wealthy and only have a moderate budget then DO NOT go to this agency. If you can’t find any of your own deals go to a AAA agency, they were WONDERFUL.
