I wouldnt even give this property one star. Every time anything happens they threaten eviction. If someone uses your address as a temp mailing address, or a friend helps bring in your groceries or takes out your trash its a 10 day stop or vacate. If you have a guest over for the day and they visit every day you are accused of them living with you and told to prove where they live by a lease agreement which is against the privacy act. It is constant harassment and stress to live at this property.
