  The individual I spoke with on the phone about a fence repair was ok, until I asked a product he didn't know anything about, then got offensive and rude.
  
  That is not the way to do business . I will take my Money elsewhere.

  Very nice people.

  Very nice people. In a time where every business is a franchise or chain, it's nice to support a family business. They were fairly priced and spent a considerable amount of time making sure that I was comfortable with my decision.
