They did a good job but I was very disappointed and will never go back! I never spend money on myself to have my nails done. I have only had one pedicure before this one and it was before my daughter's outdoor wedding. One of my daughters purchased me a gift certificate for my birthday. I was waiting for it to warm up so I would be able to wear my flip flops. I looked at the hand written expiration date and it LOOKED LIKE 6-26-15 so I thought I had plenty time. I went today and had the pedicure and a manicure and thought that I would pay the additional $15.00. To my surprise, the manager insisted that it said 4-24-14 even though the 4 was looped over like a 6. That would have made it expire 6 days ago but he insisted I pay the full $55.00 and the $40.00 would be lost. I paid and voiced my opinion and he finally gave me back $20.00. My daughter who purchased this goes there every 2-4 weeks and was NOT TOLD how long the gift certificate would be good for. Anyone who knows me knows that I would NEVER let something like that expire and lose money! Maybe they should have written more clearly. If you are thinking of trying this place, I would certainly try Rose's first! It is Also in Union City less than a mile away.
