Upon entering the store a salesmen (never introduced himself or asked our names) asked what we were looking for. Told him the ETX and his next question was Cash or Credit? He left to have one brought out for us to look at then came back and started asking about ringing up the sale. I have never used a UTV and was not going to paying for something I never even touched. The reason for my visit was to buy the right UTV for our needs. He went to check on the ETX and came back to tell us it would be ready to look at in an hour. He didn't seem to understand why I didn't want to wait an hour to check it out. When I told him I should have been informed of the hour prep time when I called to confirm the ETX was in stock he asked who I talked to on the phone. Funny question since I didn't even know his name. I didn't wait the hour and won't be back. I'll would rather pay more to a dealer that provides better customer service.

Bought a Sportsman 850 from Aaron in sales. Very professional and friendly and saved me a boatload compared to other dealers!

I bought 2 of these and both failed due to improper stator cable installation. One back fired so violently it blew the carburetor off. They claimed to fix it by shortening the breather intake tube. Charged me for cleaning carburetor, gas tank, and changing air filter and it's cover sleeve. Said it was not covered under warranty. It also had nothing to do with the problem. It never ran again after they worked on it. They worked on it 3 times and it was worse each time. Did not run long enough to unload when I got home. The second one caught on fire in my garage after running for a couple minutes. Better take these to a dealer with trained technicians to check your stator cable installation.
