        Store owner, while unidentified, began to threatened me in parking lot while refusing to identify himself, stating that i couldn't park there(even though i just went to store) or i was going to get a ticket...the rest of what happened will most likely end up on a police report tomorrow...this guy is a scumbag bully, definitely not a people person!

        Overall

        Last month I received my refills with pills missing, today I had over 1 1/2 hours wait, and the pharmacy staff urgently needs customer courtesy training!! I've been a CVS customer for years and never seen such lack of compassion for others....shame!!!
