I was a Westint (Auto Sound Specialist) customer for a long time and had a couple of cars tinted from them. They said Walt and Barbara retired already but their work is the same. I called for an appointment and the guy Kenny I talked to said it will cost $250. I called other tinting place and said the same price so I brought it to Westint as a loyal customer. When I get there, I talked to a guy and mentioned that I saw in their web site that they will give 10% just by mentioning it and I was a loyal customer bla bla bla so he discounted me $25 or total to be $225. When I was ready to leave, this guy Kenny called me up and went on and scolding me like a child saying he doesn't want me going back and forth with the price and I can bring it somewhere else if I want etc... so I took my keys back, talked and when he left he slammed the door going out to the shop.
I am not sure if he had a bad day or what but the quality of work is determined by the people working there in my opinion. What a Customer service???
Too bad there's no 0 stars on the box. You can try your luck if you like on this but I'm sure to tell my friends about this place.
I was shocked on the good reviews, maybe they did not deal with this guy.
