I've never been to Texas Road House before my visit on Sunday. The place was crazy packed when I got there, but I was seated really fast. I didn't know that there were supposed to be peanuts in the bucket, so I didn't know to ask for them, and they didn't offer. The food was amazing and other than that slight faux pax, the service was great. The servers were all friendly and helpful. I would go again in a heartbeat.
I USE TO LOVE TEXAS ROAD HOUSE WHEN IT FIRST OPEN, FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND I LOVE THE EMPLOYEE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FIRST I WENT THERE AFTER A WHILE MY FOOD WAS SALTY AND I COULDN'T EVEN ENJOY IT, I TOLD THE WAITRESS AND IT WAS LIKE A BOTHER TO HER SO I JUST ATE WHAT I COULD AND SAID MAYBE IT WAS THE COOK THAT DAY OR SOMETHING. THEN I WAS EIGHT MONTHS PREGNANT AND WANTED AN ONION BLOSSOM AND A SALAD. SO MY HUSBAND AND A FEW FRIENDS DECIDED WE WERE GOING TO EAT AT TEXAS ROAD HOUSE, WE ALL ORDERED DIFFERENT MEALS AND ONLY I AND ONE OTHER PERSON ORDERED A SALAD. LATER ON THAT NITE I WOKE UP FEELING SICK AND CALLED MY DOCTOR AND TOLD HER WHAT I WAS FEELING AND SHE SAID IT WAS FOOD POSISONING AND THAT I NEED TO COME IN, I WAS THROWING UP AND ALL I COULD TASTE WAS VEGGS AND DRESSING, NOT COOL. I WAS SOO UPSET AND I TOLD MYSELF NEVER AGAIN GOING THERE. ITS BEEN TWO YEARS AND I STILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE
Wow... I love this place. They have the best steak. They are always tasteful and in a good portion. they service is great. They make sure that you have everything you need and they're always on those refills... Unlimited rolls and sweet butter.. YUM... I just recently have been to Black Angus and their steaks are way smaller, expensive and tasteless. For the same price you can get a bigger and better tasting one at Texas Roadhouse.. If you're in need of a good steak, Texas Roadhouse is the place!!!

I gave into all the hype and finally tonight with three friends went to the Texas Roadhouse. All four of us are highly qualified professionals. But we had a horrible experience first time in an American Restaurant. Waitress was horrible and when we approached Manager on duty, he was worse manager I have ever experienced. He was very unprofessional, unethical and rude. It was Thursday evening and place was not full. We were enjoying our drinks with appetizer and manager himself told us to order dinner so that he can fill the table with the next customers waiting in line and there was no one waiting. Once we told him that we will order dinner after few minutes then we were ordered to pay the cheque immediately and leave the restaurant. They started cleaning up the table before we finish our appetizer. It was pathetic. Certainly not recommended ?Union City Texas Roadhouse? for self esteemed people who wanted to dine out with family & friends. Texas Roadhouse management should seriously look at the performance of this manager.

I have been to three different Texas Roadhouse in three different states (Texas, Arizona and California), and I have to say they do a pretty good job on quality control. Servers were friendly and services were prompt. The atmosphere is relaxing and family friendly. I saw the ""Line Dance"" only in California where all the waitresses would line up and danced for a goof five minutes to entertain the guests. Not to mention to great steak you would find there. I love to order their fillet migeon rare. If you love rare steaks, this is one of the few places that would give you a ""real"" rare steak with red red center. The steak was SUPER tender and juicy!! Can't beat the price too while the fillet costs only $20 with change! Side orders are great as well, highly recommended to order sauteed mushrooms and onion... yummy!

The food is good, if they get your order right. Their servers need to be better trained to deal with customer service. Talking back to a customer will only make them pissed off and you don't get a tip. Overall, the food was good. Bread and the peanuts are awesome... and you get to throw it on the floor. So much for teaching kids not to throw food off the tables. It's fun and lively there... try it out.

Peanuts on the floor, line dancing and great made from scratch food. Managers actually visit your table not just running laps around the dinning room. It is a really cool place with great tasting food. The bread is to die for, and the cinnamon butter...mmmmmmm. You got'ta try this place! Awesome place for kids, they love the peanuts and bread. We did have to wait a while but it is worth it. I found out that they have call ahead seating too.
