        Overall

        Monarch truck misquoted me and then would not honor the quote 2 days later. It was a $39 difference. The girl hung up on me and then when I called back to speak to a manager, she hung up on me again. Some young, unethical employee. So for $39, Monarch is getting loads of bad PR from me. Also by the looks of their Yelp reviews, I'm not the only unsatisfied person. Luckily I quickly found a better deal elsewhere but the employees at Monarch aren't too bright. Lacking business sense, professionalism and communication skills. I'd pass if I were you. You don't want your pick up or vehicle to be a disaster. They don't care about you at all and I would not trust them. There's less expensive and more intelligent companies to work with.
