Jake, which is the guy who works there is very friendly, if you're respectful he'll set you up with a good bargain, overall great experience!

The owner is always very helpful and is fairly priced. I buy all my hookah supplies from him. I remember having a friend with me a couple visits ago waiting outside who was pregnant and he insisted I take a free water out to her while I made my selections. Very stand up owner.

I went to this place right before they closed, which was at 8 P.M. The door was locked. So I knocked because the "open" sign was still on. No one answered the door. So I went back to my car and was figuring out where else to go when my girlfriend noticed the door was now wide open. So I went inside and there wasnt anyone at the register. I then yelled "Hello?" A couple of times without response. Then he comes out of the back room with a giant smile on his face like that made anything better. The last few times we've come to this shop we asked about the e-pens and which coil we should get and he just said "I dont know" or tried to sell us an oil pen. He has no product knowledge.Also I gave him 5.70 for a pack of cigarettes that was 5.61 and he gave me back a penny. So either he doesnt know how to count and is running a business off of less than a 2nd grade education or hes trying to steal a few cents from every costomer to turn a profit. Be careful buying things from here.
