East Texas Yellow Cab

I tried to schedule a pickup at 4:10 to have a cab pick me up at 4:45 (I needed to get to the mechanic to pick up my vehicle before 5 and my class gets out at 4:45). "We don't do call-ins, the earliest you can call ahead is 10-15 minutes." I get out early from my class at 4:30. I call them, they say they'll have someone there in 5-10 minutes. I wait till 4:45, I call them. "He just let off a passenger he'll be there in 10 minutes." 5:00 rolls around, nothing. I canceled my cab and walked 2 miles home angry and aware that I will still need a trip to the mechanic in the morning to pick up my car.



Tl;DR: Cab took over 30 minutes to get to me after refusing to schedule a pickup. Never showed up.
