I purchased 3 mattresses from this business. And they are falling apart and I am currently still paying for them. I called the place because they have a "warranty" and the owner Patricia Glover was very rude. She hung up on me. She said she had already given me information about the mattress which was not true. They don't call to inform you about anything that is going on with your merchandise. Then she had the nerve to tell me she couldn't tell me anything because I wasn't on the account yet I go in every month to pay it. The account is under my husband name, and she had the audacity to tell me he has to go down there to fill out paperwork in order for me to receive any information. Do not purchase anything there it is of bad quality, and they have bad customer service especially the OWNER Patricia Glover.
