Long time customer. No complaints. Very fast service.



I have been a long time customer with no complaints. My original computer was not from them. It was serviced several times over a ten year period. The one I have now was purchased from them based on their support. It is a few years old now.



I had to have it fixed one time. Some memory problem. It was under their warranty.



I have had good experiences.

The KYM review is a lie. I know for a fact that the computers are custom built in shop for each customer. They don't sell national brands. Funny how you never mention the "brand". In addition, what do you mean "after I found out what brand of computer I bought". How can you not know the "brand" before you buy it, which in fact are their own buildups. The computers and laptops they offer are unique and on display for all to see. They, in fact, point out that they are NOT a national brand.



There is no way you were EVER a customer. They have been selling their own custom computers since the late 1980's. If you were a loyal customer for years, you would have known that. They warranty their product for years, so you would not have spent a dime if what you say is even remotely true.



Tell you what, why don't you email them. I am sure they can find you in their records, being a long time customer and all.



Yeah...that's what I thought. I am told that nearly 70% of reviews are fake in one way or another, for or against. I am starting to believe it.
