        Had to buy a new car because after taking my truck in for intake leak and them breaking my radiator and them not taking responsibility for there mistakes but had no problem keeping all $700.00 I spent with them. Will never go back or refer anyone. Horrible business and work!!!!!!!

        Will never go back nor recommend.

        A mechanic at Bill's Automotive called to say he had found the problem with my vehicle. When I asked if he was confident in his findings, his exact words were "I'm certain". He quoted $310. To save a few dollars, I asked if I could supply my own part as I could get them at cost through a family member. Yes, but he couldn't guarantee his work. For the guarantee, I agreed to pay the $310. His "repair" did not fix the issue so I took the vehicle back and was charged another $70 to replace a different part. Explaining the situation to the receptionist, she thought they should refund part of the original $310 since the mechanic misdiagnosed when he said "I'm certain" and then guaranteed his work. The mechanic came in to talk to me with the owner standing over his shoulder. He refused to guarantee his work. That was off putting enough but more so that he was condescending in the process. Even more distasteful was the owner not saying a word. Mistakes are understandable. However, to so blatantly refuse to correct them when it cost others money shows a complete lack of integrity. In hindsight, I should have paid heed to the other bad reviews elsewhere on the Net, easily found by Googling.

        I went in to have a different size exit welded onto a resonator for a custom car build. Initially one of the service techs said "no problem bring it in I'll weld it up in five minutes, you will be on your way!" When I arrived "Bill" the owner saw me come in and asked what I was there for? I told him, he then replied, "you know that wont work?" I said it will be just fine, for what I am doing, will you please do the work? He then angrily replied "I said it wont work!!!" Perplexed I asked "will you do this or not?" to which he then (and I am not kidding) shoved the resonator off the counter where it fell with loud clang onto the floor... then told me to "get the f@%k out of his shop!!!" Astounded I picked up my now dented resonator and left. NEVER do Business with these guys ever!

        Outstanding customer service. I went into shop with with some exhaust system issues ,I had been all over town and quoted some ridiculous prices for repairing my truck.Bills was great explained what I needed didnt charge an arm and a leg and did it in timely manner. Will go there again.

        I have been to Bill's several times and will not look for another mechanic. They do fast and efficient work and their fees are very reasonable.

        stay away... they fed me with ...

        stay away... they fed me with so many lies that i ask him to repeat it 4 times.. just wanted exaust gasket replaced.(donut). fed me with so much crap i was in shock.. been working on vehicle`s a long time, also needed auto.choke adjusted, fed me with things were moving and had wore out the flanges..? then needed new carb or overhaul. cost 1000.00 or maybe more ? went got legal advice I wanted to sue for fraud and extortion but was talk out of it.. went got pickup and fixed it my self for about 20.00, have witness to this and would advise staying away.. not a good place for females to get somthing done without some mechanic savy.. roy
