If I could give half a star I would. This has been such a complete Nightmare! So we went in because my parents highly recommended them. We were shopping around for engagement rings. We were told we had to costume make the ring because I have a very tiny finger and even though it was tiny it wouldn’t be a problem. So we went over, looked at the molds they had and I picked on that I liked. My now fiancé decide to put a deposit down, (I did not know at the time) this was in Mid-April the ring was supposed to be done, end of May. (They did not tell us just the ring would be done, this did not included the diamonds!) End of May comes, No Ring, couple more weeks they say. Well, Mid-Late June comes the ring is done, but they still need to place the diamonds! We just find this out! They told us they were so backed up and apologize. So we are very understanding and ask when the ring would be done, they tell us no later than early to Mid-July. Mid-July he are still setting the diamonds is not ready, will be ready end of July. Can you guess what happened next? Yes, end of July comes and STILL NO RING, and they are having a hard time placing the diamonds on the side! They give us a date of August 10th, promise the ring will be done. Well August 10th rolls around, still no ring, the still need to place the diamonds on the side and promise it will be done by the end of the week. Call this morning, ring still is not ready, they do not know when it will be ready! Needless to say we cancelled the order.
Our frustration is, never once did they pick up the phone and say hey, we are having issues or hey it’s going to be late. No costumer service! Also, if they thought the diamonds on the side would be an issue, then why promise and tell my fiancé that it was possible. 5 times they promise us a ring, and all 5 times they do not deliverer! Very Unreliable. Over all, this has been a horrible experience! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Save your money, go somewhere else! Seriously!

Not a big writer of reviews, but have some basic knowledge of buying diamonds over the yrs. I'm 60. 1st the gal said; nothing on the floor was certified as to grade. Then proceeded to show me a pair of 1.5 tw karat stud earrings at their retail cost of $4,100+ with 15% off. I have bought many in LA on Hill Street. I requested a loop To visually see the quality and not only was it filthy but had several inclusions and flaws. No where near the value they placed on them. My wife and I walked out..

First class place, first class services. Great selection of watches! Friendly non invasive sales people. Jeanette, and the guy did an excellent job to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Will do business with then again.
