        Do not use this company

        The customer services skills of the owner (jeff) is VERY lacking. Does not return calls. This is the 2 week in a row that they were supposed to come out and they have not shown up. No call to say they are not coming. I leave messages with the receptionist and am told that Jeff will call me back but it doesn't happen. This is not worth it. There are several other capable Carrier Dealers in the area. I suggest you use one other than Air Comfort.
