Purchased an order months ago and never received a call letting me know my order was 'lost.' Called them to reorder to have them tell me they no longer carry that color in that style. They offered a different style which I gave the ok to order and they said they would call me when it arrives. Been weeks now and I called back to see what's going on. They said that the order had been cancelled and that I didn't place another order after my first initial order was lost. If I had cancelled it I would've asked for a refund....... Now I have to wait another week to see if my order will ever arrive. Where is the courtesy in letting your customers know about their lost orders. Paid $30 months ago and I still haven't gotten my item.
We work with this group just about every week. They are great and will go out of their way to help meet your needs. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We have used them for several years and purchased thousands of dollars worth of equipment, uniforms, and other items. I love this place! The staff goes above & beyond for customer service! The selection is amazing and has lots of fun & unique brands to choose from. The store is beautiful. I can't imagine a better place to shop for scrubs and more.
