The UPS Store

I frequent this UPS store about once a week. They are always friendly, super helpful and kind to all who enter. Brent and his staff are patient, they listen and try to help if a customer is having trouble or doesn't understand something. The store is clean and they are efficient. I usually pick this store over a USPS store near me. Happy they are in my neighborhood.

Avoid this place and their super rude, non-professional Owner/Store Manager. Due to a misunderstanding or a miscommunication from one employee there to another, I was verbally assaulted, offended and never received an apology once I pointed out their mistake. I have done business here nearly every month for over 4 years, and I could not believe the nerve of the Owner and how he would talk to a customer....ESPECIALLY when he was mistaken..I will avoid his other store at 16th and Utica, just because I know he owns that one too. F- in my book.
