Silver Creek Apartments

Where should I start? There are power surges, fleas, bud bugs, dysfunctional gates, hateful children everywhere, careless drivers, dirty apartments, small parking lot, little to no security, rude management, poor heating/cooling system, broken appliances, fights in the parking lot, spray painted stoves and dishwashers, carts in the parking lot, deceiving exterior, and NO there are not any washer/dryer hookups in the apartments. Don't let that little flag hanging out in the front fool you. It's a mini laundry mate by the front office. Over all, feels unsafe and unclean. Dead animals in the parking lot because animals run amok. They don't walk apartments before renting to a tenant and they print out already filled-in forms that says everything is new and clean. Write EVERYTHING down on the back and make notes in the front and ask for copies of everything! TAKE PICTURES! There is so much more wrong with this place but I would be writing for hours. *******Don't leave the apartment at night without some form of protection because there will be confrontation with strangers that are very hostile! It's so scary as a smaller female and I hate to say that!*******

Was promised a totally gutted new apartment by the manger and asst. manager did not happen. Laundry dirty, no outdoor security lights, sidewalk floods, maintenance plan on days to weeks or months to get something fixed. Cockroaches everywhere when I moved in. Make sure you get every promise in writing they will lie to get your business, Beware would not rent here again. No pool this summer. Pool was shut down last August had since then to make repairs. Waited to May of this year. Now the pool is not ready. Was told it would open the week after Memorial Day. Now it had been pushed back to July 4th. The manager blamed it on all the rain. Give a break. Guess it has rained since last August everyday. They don't care about their tenants. Don't move here!!!!!!! Don't rent from Capital Investment.
