STAY AWAY!!!! Took a brand now Fossil purse into Bruce to be cleaned after a beverage trickled down exterior, it took three months to get it back destroyed! The beautiful magenta leather is now a pale pink and the purse is no longer a lush leather but dry and feels brittle. It took phone call after phone call to get ahold of Bruce to finally retrieve a much worse off, almost two hundred dollar purse. I simply cut my loss and took it as is,believing I would never get it back if I didn't take it then. There was no explanation of how it got to this point the purse was just handed over in its new absolutely horrible condition! Do not trust Bruce with your leather!!! I had to leave a star rating of one realistically it deserves a negative ten.
