do not live at those apartments in bad neighborhood.. the landlord probably steals the rent from u or tells u have pay 1500 for bck rent. they r spendin ur rent money for drugs.. then say they nvr had break ins n blame u from it...mine rating on this place should b a 0 zero on it. oh yea if have pets they'll change ur locks whr noone cant come in to c if they r ok..
