Newport At Galleria

Leased me an apartment with roaches!!!! I signed a new lease with these apartments, waited for them to get my apartment set up (which they obviously did not do well), and moved in only to find that it is infested with roaches!! Then, I spend an entire day trying to get into contact with a real person without success, left two voicemails and never received a call back. When I finally get into contact with someone they tell me that i will have to wait an entire week to get serviced. Finally after 10 phone calls and only two humans, I got someone to actually do their job. Don't get stuck like I am. Very unsatisfied tenant. Haven't even started living there and they already suck. By the way the new name of these apartments are The Place at 101, they are newly owned but not newly sprayed for roaches. I'm disgusted and wish I had gone somewhere else. =(
