Mail Word Office

Hello I just want to say that I 'm happy that this business was there to help me they had ups and fed ex and open on saturday thanks for being there

Will never use this guy again. He was rude to us when told the package he was to mail for us was returned with postage due. Charged us $3.60 to mail and another $1.50 because we used a credit card to pay for it. He put only 4 stamps on it. We are telling everyone not to use this place.

Great Service, I have been coming here for over 4 years and seen ownership change twice, and the new ownership is awesome. They are very friendly and assist me in all my shipping needs. They go out of their way to help me package my items , well, getting older it gets hard at times. Customer service is great.

I have been coming here for about a year. It is very accessible and close to home. I am one who does not like to wait in line. They offer all sorts of options for shipping. I periodically send stuff to my Grandkids in Florida and when I do they offer to always help pack my stuff and seem eager to assist me. Funny thing is I pass right by the post office. I turly recommend if you have a shipping need to stop in and let them assist you, as they will answer all your questions, as they go above and beyond what they have too, to make sure you get the best option and best rate for your shipping needs.

Last week I went in as I was told that this location was an authorized UPS Shipping location, as I needed to ship something quick as I just started a small web based business. When I was there the guy at the counter was more then helpful in assisting. Before I left he was able to set me up with a with a PMB (private mail box) to assist me with my small business that I just started. This way I am able to have items shipped to me and I have a business address to help me move forward and grow my business. I highly recommend, as it beats standing in line at the post office and you do not know what to expect form the people behind the counter. But with them you get a more personable approach and they take the time help someone out. So if you need a PMB or you may be on the go I would recommend stopping by to let them set you up, it is worth.

They were so helpful and made everything so simple. I loved this place. I have a baby and they even opened the door and helped us in. Very user friendly
