        Mobile Notary Near You! In addition to professional services of a freelance Paralegal, The KanDo Organization LLC provides services of a Notary Public who travels to you. As a Notary Signing Agent since 2004, I am commissioned by the State of Oklahoma, bonded and insured. I work with Attorneys and Individuals, and can travel to their offices, homes, hospitals, assisted living or nursing facilities. I will even meet you at a truck stop or fast food restaurant! I COME TO YOU!! I base my pricing on several things; time of day (traffic), place (high rise where I have to find a parking place, walk to and through building, etc.), conditions of facility (hospital ICU, infectious signer), and other things going on with me at the time of the request. If you want me to come now and I am working on a project for a client, I have to drop everything to get to the notary assignment. Since I charge by the hour, I factor that lost time into the price I quote. (After all, there are only 24 hours in the day, and I like to sleep some of it :) All quotes take into consideration travel and the number of signatures involved. A Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and Paralegal, I specialize in legal assistance, particularly business, estate planning/trusts, and real estate. Preparation of pleadings or estate planning documents is completed correctly. If you need press releases or letters written, or your resume updated, call on KanDo. I transcribe from digital, tape or handwriting, and can help attorneys, insurance claims adjustors, construction walk-throughs, personal stories, or anything you care to dictate and want typed into hard copy. With experience in oil & gas, real estate and legal, I probably know the language of your business. When you need it done, call KanDo!

        Oklahoma Notary Public services are mobile, which means I travel to where you are, appointments preferred. Or I can meet you at a mutually agreed place with at least a two (2) hour notice. My travel fee is payable upon arrival whether or not I am able to legally notarize the documents.

        In October 2008, I hired KanDo Mobile Notary to notarize documents for my Great Uncle who was in a nursing home. I found her via the Tulsa yellow pages online and she was reasonably priced and able to travel to the home to notarize. What I couldn't have known was how professional, smart, and helpful she would be. When the nursing home Administrator told my Uncle he had no right to speak for himself or sign documents, Karen spoke up and made it clear that from her conversation and interaction with him as an independent third party, she was comfortable with his ability to make his own decision. The most impressive part was that her standing up for him wasn't based on money or personal gain, it was based on integrity and telling the truth as she saw it.



        When it was clear we still couldn't go any further with the notary procedures that day, Karen encouraged me to pursue my Uncle's desires through the court system and even referred me to an attorney that specializes in elder injustice cases. We are currently in the process of fighting for his right to have his wishes heard in front of a judge and though the road may be difficult sometimes, it is more than comforting to know that good people really do still exist in the world and they step up just when you need them most.



        I highly recommend KanDo Mobile Notary for any of your notary needs. Her background as a legal assistant and her outstanding character make her invaluable in any dealings and especially those that may get complicated.
