J & J Appliances

I bought a freezer and about 4 months later it went out. They brought me another freezer and 5 months later it went out. They sent someone to fix it but it didn't work. I called to tell what happen and someone was to call me back and never did. I will never use them again.

They are a rip off. After having their washer for 3 months it no longer works and they want to charge $95 to fix it wow.. I feel like a fool

Last Saturday during a move the cord on my fridge was cut. The moving company sent J & J out to repair it. Javier showed up and had it fixed in no time. So when I realized on Tuesday my washer was not working I called J&J. Billy came out and after narrowing it down I am up and running. Both service men where very nice and knew what to do, it was a pleasure having them in my home. I would recommend J&J for all your repair needs.

We called out J & J after being taken for $392 from Sooner Service. They came out, fixed our freezer and we have not had a problem since. They are professional and knowledgeable. We definitely will use them again. The owners and technicians are easy to work with. Kudos, J & J!

We checked around several places and J & J Appliances had the best warranty and prices. We bought our washer, dryer and refrigerator there and they are great! We have recommended several friends to them as well and they have been very satisfied too.

I bought a frontloader washer from them and it has worked great. I also had them do service on my refrigerator and they very professional and reasonable on the price. I recommend them for any purchase or service.

I bought washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Everything is great and comes with warranty for used appliances. I love them!!

I went to this company on the recommendation of my mother, who knew someone who worked there. I drove out to the address (scary to say the least) ... I walked up into a junk yard looking place ... (still nervous) and then into an unstable looking building (asking myself "Why on earth am I here?). Still I persevered because my mom had assured me this person would not work at a place that wasn't reputible.



When the delivery truck arrived, the driver looked like he had been on a 3-day-drunk.



The dishwasher was FILTHY. The kick plate was missing and the silverware holder was MIA as well. I called and complained ... and complained ... and they assured me they would "find one and bring it out."



After several calls ... and much frustration ... I called back and and requested an upgrade to a nicer unit.



Once again ... when the "upgraded, nicer" unit was delivered ... it was FILTHY to the point of disgusting.



Further, it was installed in such a way that the dishwasher was sticking out about an inch and a half from the cabinets ... it was explained ot me "that it could not be set back further due to a plumbing issue." I found this odd since the previous dishwasher was setting flush with the cabinets. But the serviceman insisted it was a unique situation to this new dishwasher ... and a plumber would need to be called.



I called a plumber who pullled out the dishwasher and made a slight tweak and pushed the dishwasher back in perfect position ... but only to discover that J & J had not supplied the correct floor anchors, they had IN FACT not secured the dishwasher to the floor at all !!



After my pllumber went to the store and "created the proper peice" for the unit ... I ended up spending nearly enough to have purchased a decent, new unit.



Oh ... and as for this friend ... she was the daughter to someone my mother knew and she was very embarrassed about the entire scenario and doesn't work there anymore.



Do yourself a favor ... don't use J & J. There are several other companies in town who supply used units who are reputable.

J and J appliances provided a great used appliance with a great warranty. They had a huge selection of appliances and even had delivery. I will use them again
