One of City Cab's drivers ran a stop sign and hit the side of my elderly mothers car. The driver said that the cab company would take care of it. After a month of trying to call them ( 918-582-3333) and being verbally harassed by the dispatcher, and the owner never returning calls, it looks like we are going to have to pay for the damage ourselves. I found this site trying to find out who their insurance company is, as my mom's insurance company can't do anything without the name of theirs, and they won't tell us.
Update - I called the City of Tulsa License and Collections Dept., and they told me that this company had not had a Taxi license nor any insurance since 2014. As mentioned above, if you get into an accident you are out of luck.
