We have been Family Owned and Operated for over 15 Years * Mike Ferrill, Owner, has over 20 years experience in appliance repair. He is an EPA certified technician. We have been Tulsa residents for over 30 years. Hours vary, but we are available by phone most of the time, including weekends and evenings. Appointments can usually be made same day or next day. There is no extra charge for weekend appointment. Service Call (diagnostic fee) is $55 for Tulsa and $65 for Tulsa suburbs such as Broken Arrow and Owasso. The Appliance doctor is a wonderful, family owned business. Best prices I could find. They can usually schedule same day appointments, and always do good work. And the repair men have always been kind and made me feel safe having them in my home!

It took a week for them to come out to my house, to look at my dryer. He said he would have to order a part and he would be back in 5-7 days. On day 7, I called the office and she said I would need to call the service tech. I called him and left a voicemail, day 8, left another voice mail and day 9, another voicemail. A call later that day (Sunday) David answered and said he could not order find a place to order the heating element. He said if I could find the part, he would put it in. I called Fisher & Paykel direct and they sent someone out the next day. If I could click zero stars, I would. They are lucky I gave them 1 star.

We have had The Appliance Doctor service our washer, stove and dishwasher for 15 years or so. He has always fit us in the schedule quickly, and his fixes have always been perfect. Prices are reasonable. He's pleasant and a good worker.
