Worst mower shop in Tulsa hands down. They were paid $300 to put a head on my riding mower, and that was just for the head. This does not include the labor, parts, and etc.. that comes with the $600 bill they was paid to do the job!!! I got my mower back just before winter last year and got 1 mowing in..... So fast forward through winter time I get 1 mowing in at the beginning of this season, and it just quits YES I SAID QUIT 🙄 So I call A Bell engine small engine repair and inform them that the mower quit and it's acting like it needs a valve adjustment on the head they replaced. They then inform me they have a 30 day warranty on all the work they literally just done. I know what a joke right..... So instead of taking my mower back to the place that has such a joke of a warranty, I take it to another certified small engine shop that's located in skiatook where I live. I then find out the head that these jokers put on my mower and all the rocker arms on the head that I paid $600 these guys to take care of had not been tightened down and were just bouncing around in there like pin balls!!! Needless to say I will be dealing with these jokers soon legally. I highly recommend nobody who want's there equipment working properly takes it to these guys. 😡

I purchased both a used mower and trimmer from A-Bell and both have served me very well for a few years now since I bought my house. They were friendly and helpful, giving me tips about sharpening my mower blade and proper care of my weedeater as I had never used a gas trimmer in the past. I will continue going back to them in years to come!

I called about a locked clutch on a chainsaw. The guy on the phone asked me if the clutch brake was off. I thought "Oh it can't be that easy" and thanked the guy for the tip.

Sure enough, he was right! So simple.



I called them back and thanked him. He didn't have to go the extra mile but he did. Well done!

Excellent service, very fair prices, and they got all of my equipment running and back to me in no time! I will be coming back here for years, they even have pick up and delivery service for when i was unable to pick up my own equipment after surgery. It's nice to find a service company that cares about it's customers.

This business is an authorized service center for several brands of equipment. I called them to see if they could look at my Pacific Equipment air compressor for a warrenty issue and they said to go ahead and bring it in. So I drove to Tulsa and when I got there, the genius at the counter said that they had never heard of Pacific Equipment and they did not service them. I showed him the warrenty paperwork the manufacturer gave me with their business name, address, and phone number on it and he still denied they they were an authorized service center. So I called the manufacturer and they called A-Bell and suddenly they remembered that they were an authorized servicer. Then when we tried to leave the machine with them for service they told us we had to leave a $40 deposit. On a warranty job, really? They have our machine, isn't that enough of a deposit? I wondered why my husband stayed quiet the whole time. He told me later, that years before, Home Depot sent him into this shop for warrenty repairs and they wanted my husband to pay a $100 deposit. This guy was one of the top 10 worst service providers I have come across. I will never go back to this shop for any reason.

My experience was good. They were very busy at the time and they got to working on my generator sooner than expected. Very knowledgeable and helpfull.
