It's Thursday afternoon when my power went out. Just for a second, then a power surge. Only problem was that my computer was involved in a chk disc. When I booted up, it would start to boot for about two or three seconds and then start to reboot again and again and again. I spent the rest of the evening trying to resolve this problem. So Friday morning I got on my room mates computer and look up computer repair in the yellow pages, and found Performance PC. Gave them a call, explain my problem with my pc. Also that I could not drive because of a stroke I had in the recent past. A man named Josh said that he could pick up the pc Saturday and return it when done. Wow! that service. Saturday morning I get a call to let me know that he is on his way. He pick my pc a little after nine o clock in the morning on a Saturday. He inform me that when he brought it back, it would be fixed and be a lot faster. I was so impressed with the service, I forgot to ask how long it would take. I was thinking a week maybe two. Not the six hours later the same day. HE later called back Monday to see if I was having any problems. My computer is faster and running more smoothly than the day I bought it. I could not be more satisfied with the service or quality of work that Per4mance PC provides. Thanks again for everything. jcbriarpatch
I have no hesitation in recommending Fix It R us. I was impressed by their professionalism right from the start. My initial phone call to book an engineer visit was dealt with in a friendly, informative and helpful manner, making all their terms perfectly clear. I booked a visit for a few days later. In the meantime I received a call confirming the exact time of day when I could expect the engineer to arrive - none of the usual flannel about "sometime between 9am and 6pm" - and the engineer was punctual and very courteous. During the hour long appointment the engineer resolved all the issues I was having, explaining everything that he was doing in easy-to-understand language and never proceeding with changes without my agreement. He also gave me some extremely helpful advice to help avoid common PC problems in future. My PC is restored to full health and my wallet did not suffer too much in the process!
After spilling Coffey on my laptop computer, I found that it did not start up. I took it back to best buy where i bought it at, They told me that my warranty did not cover this type of damaged and they referred me to fix it r us. The tech's there Are very polite and professional. I wanted to make sure That they had what it took to repair/fix computer issue's. After being sown The work they did, I left my laptop over night to find it fix and cleaned up the next morning. All my pictures are there and they Went easy on the wallet witch was a plus. I recommend this shop to anyone that has issue's with there computers. They also fixed my son's xbox360 In 3 hr's from it being drooped on a concrete floor.
