I have rented cars more or less exclusively from Enterprise for 20 some years now. I cheated on them once with Payless (a total and complete lie + nonexistent service - "your car is over there." WAAAAY over there, and no one to answer any questions regarding the vehicle.) and I resolved to stay faithful to Enterprise. When there has been ANY problem at ANY time with ANY vehicle I have rented, the customer service has always been first class. They have changed vehicles out, they have done MAJOR upgrades, and they have adjusted my bill to ensure my satisfaction. This past trip was no different - I was not happy with the suspension on the vehicle (left front shock was trashed) and I walked out with a lower bill, an upgrade on my next rental and a warm feeling towards the TUS Enterprise crew. Thanks for the memories!!
HAD TO KEEP RENEWING MY WEEKLY RENTAL FOR A FEW EXTRA WEEKS CAUSE MY CAR TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO FIX AND THE PEOPLE AT ENTERPRISE WERE TOTALLY THERE FOR ME EACH EXTRA WEEK I NEEDED. THEY ALLOWED ME TO USE A DOUBLE UPGRADE COUPON FROM THE ENTERTAINMENT BOOK THAT SAVED ME ALMOST $20 A DAY FROM THE LEASING COST WHICH MADE MY EXPERIENCE EVEN MORE APPRECIATIVE! TOTALLY HAPPY AND WOULD SURELY RENT FROM THEM AGAIN SINCE THEY ALSO PICKED ME UP AND DROPPED ME OFF AT HOME WHEN MY CAR WAS FINALLY RETURNED TO ME FROM MY MECHANIC!
First time ever to Tucson AZ & first time ever renting a vehicle with Alamo!! Excellent customer service at the counter and Eileen that works in the booth to exchange vehicle to the customers is personality plus vet caring and welcoming and professional !!!
