From: David M. (05/14/2007) I have always thought of orthopedic surgery as scary, but my experience at Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists changed my opinion. My new ankle works great, and I'm back to my old activities.I had a very serious ankle injury a few years ago that resulted in permanent ankle damage. My regular doctor suggested physical therapy to help me regain the ability to walk, but I still had trouble. I did a bit of research and heard about ankle joint replacement. Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists are really the experts when it comes to foot and ankle surgery. After the surgery, I had a few months of rehabilitation. My ankle joint replacement was well worth it, because the pain is gone and I'm back to walking and even hiking.I recommend Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists to anyone who needs ankle or foot surgery. The doctors are skilled surgeons who really know what they are doing. The staff are also a bunch of great folks.

i had bursitis and was able to get appointment same morning i called. office staff not friendly but that is generic to all doctor offices. they insisted i get five x rays before appointment. doctor spent only two minutes with me and cursorily looked at only one x ray. he wanted to give me cortisone shot but i wanted time to think about it and he was ok with that; did not try to pressure me. he did ask me if i had any questions and answered all my questions satisfactorily. he seemed competent and is orthopedic surgeon. when i called after an hour from my first appointment asking for another one to get shot the office staff said there was no appointment for another week even though it would take only a minute for him to give shot
From: Tucson-Athleete (12/08/2007) Results of a CAT scan caused a referral to Dr. Cheleuitte at Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists. I am an avid hiker and swimmer. Dr. Cheleuitte advised an MRI that led to a diagnosis of a ruptured foot tendon. He performed a successful operation in which my tendon was reconstructed. After surgery, I used a wheelchair, then crutches for a while, to stay off the foot. My foot and the tendon healed well. Today, I again enjoy hiking and swimming, all without pain. I'm happy with the bedside manner of Dr. Cheleuitte. He is a great orthopedic surgeon and a very caring person.
I broke my wrist in a quad accident. I did not have any insurance and could not find anyone to see me. I finally called Dr. Klein's office and they squeezed me in that day. He treated me in a kind and professional manner. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Klein's excellent and professional treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Klein to my friends and family. One very satisfied patient!
Dr. Michael Miller and his staff are great. I was visiting my father in Tucson when I fell and mangled my ankle. The level of care I was given (as a cash customer) was wonderful. Dr. Miller has a great energy and we were treated with respect and love. Now to find the same level of DR. in my home town will be hard. If you are broken Dr. Miller will find a way to fix you. Thumbs up Michael.
Dr. Baron completed my back surgery in June of 2009, it has now been a year and I have my life back. I was looking at only getting 25 percent of relief but through his skill and doing rehab I have 95 percent relief. I was back to country dancing and full time work within 3 months. Thank you Dr. Baron
Dr. MIller is a great doctor and he has a very good staff. He does a great job, i had two knee scopes and I need a knee replacement but he told me to wait because i am to young for it. I lost 145 pounds and i am doing a alot better. Keep up your good work Mr. Miller have a great Thanksgiving!
From Sandra O. (July 23, 2010) I recently had both of my feet operated on by Dr. Kiarash. Not only is he an incredibly skilled surgeon, but his entire office and support team is phenomenal as well! I have absolutely zero reservations in recommending them highly!
My cab dropped me off at a different office and they came and took me by wheelchair to their location staff and nurses great job
