        I looked at several parks befo...

        I looked at several parks before I purchased my home in Carefree Village. Vista Del Rey advertises that it is a 55+ park, but how far from the truth! It's an old park, no renovations, no activities, weeds, crumbling blacktop, only view a few of the trailers for sale. makes me wonder WHY there are so many for sale! One of the trailers that I wanted to buy, the woman wants it moved out of the park! NOT a good sign for trailer park that has VERY few filled spaces!
