Spectacular Service, Great to Deal with!!!

I can't say enough about Tucson Computer Repair Service and how they go the extra mile to make you happy.

First off, they really listen to your computer issue. Most computer techs I've dealt with in the past hardly ask any questions and just assume they know what you're talking about, which always made me nervous and led to a lot of silly misunderstandings, resulting in uneccessary delays or worse. Personally, I don't like dealing with "geeks." I want to deal with a professional who speaks my language. In this sense Tucson Computer Repair Service is very "professional."

I've always been shocked by how fast they can get my computers back to me. Your computer will NOT sit on a shelf collecting dust for a week before a tech even looks at it. I had a special order laptop LCD replacement we ordered on a Thursday and it was received and installed the next day on Friday. I only had to pay $15 more dollars for overnight shipping, which I was more than happy to do. That blew me away.

I can't recommend Tucson Computer Repair Service highly enough.

Very honest, candid

I guess I had a common problem with laptops over a certain age. The powerr connector goes bad and neither the battery on the laptop nor the power adapter works to power up your laptoop. So basically you end up with a paper weight, a totally useless computer. My main concern was that I had 4 years worth of pictures on that laptop that were irreplaceable to me.

Chris at Tucson Computer Repair Serivice was able to recover all my data off my dead laptop. He was also honest enough to tell me it would not be cost-effective to repair the power-jack problem with my old laptop (the cost of parts and labor would exceed the value of the laptop, and it would make a lot more sense to invest the money into a new laptop). How many companies urge you not to take advantage of their services, or anyone else's, if it doesn't make financial sense? But this is the kind of information and candor people need to make informed decisions.

I'm still upset my laptop died--a Gateway laptop--but I didn't lose any of my important data and I didn't pay for parts or labor I didn't need in the end. And in the end everything worked out okay, which amazes me now.

Thanks!

Great Service, Great Prices

I dropped my laptop, which broke both the LCD screen and the plastic top cover. Yikes! I thought it was a lost cause, but Tucson Computer Repair Service was able to replace both for a lot cheaper than any other place I called. I have also used them to remove viruses on my desktop computer. They do great work at very fair prices. They also don't charge just to look at your computer and tell you what is wrong. I like that.
