Transmission Outlet rebuilt my trans and gave me a great price to do it. What they said it would cost is what i paid even with some extra work. After i got the car back and had had it a few weeks i discovered that there was a fluid leaking from my car and i didn’t know what it was, i took it back ( thinking it was trans fluid ) They looked it over and after discovering it was not the transmission they told me it was leaking antifreeze and they told me what i need to get and how to fix it. They did in one business day and went above and beyond by diagnosing the problem that had nothing to do with the work they did at all. They took the time and made sure that it was had nothing to do with what they had fixed. I appreciated their honest no BS here is what’s wrong with it approach. I got the transmission replaced almost a year ago and it has been perfect. I would go there again in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!!!!

1st off.. The gave me a qoute of $165 to find the problem. They have my car for 3 days (not once did they call me even after they said they would). When he finally found the problem he says the repairs will cost $2600 to fix my CTS. I obviously dont have that cash laying around. I ask him to put it back together so i can save up the cash. He tells me that will cost $360.

2nd off... They tear apart my car w/o asking me. They took apart things they didnt need to, because those certain gaskets cost more to replace. So i had my car towed from there w/ my car parts in a trash bag. To top it off the person who recommended i go there comes up to me yesterday and says his transmission the "replaced" has 1500 new miles on it and it is broke in the same way as last time.



I took my busted up CTS to brakemax. $1700 total and my car runs like a dream!!!!!!!!!!!!
