        Never go anywhere else!

        Don't go to the Apple Store. Simutek is far better at everything---from knowledge topricing, to real customer SERVICE. A non- egotistical staff that don't take pleasure in making you feel like an idiot. Simply the best.

        If you got horrendous service at Tucson's Apple store on the north side, make your way here as fast as possible! They are very professional, courteous, and really know their stuff. They may be busy, but find the time to help you with your issue. Ft. Lowell near Country Club. THE Mac store in town, as far as I am concerned.

        I have bought most all of my Apple gear from these guys since around 98 when they were at their previous location.



        I most recently bought a refurbed lap top from their large selection, for a friend, at a great price.



        The whole Apple Store scene can be a bit much for me and appreciate the Tucson feel of the store.



        I do recommend them...

        Their work is adequate but the...

        Their work is adequate but their attitude is poor. Treat customers as ignorant until proven otherwise. Don't accept the first quote you get unless it is in writing. I received a quote, took in my iMac and then was informed there was an additional $100 service charge. Needed the work - otherwise would have looked for an alternative.



        Difficult to get to them on the phone - often they are too busy to answer the phone and then don't return the call. Will look for other alternatives in the future. For the price, they could at least act friendly.

        IPAD TRAINING

        Just returned from a IPAD training session at Simutec and am very satisfied with the service. Jacob was very patient and I learned a lot. Was worth the $25/hour and I will not think twice about returning should I have more questions.
