NorthPointe Student Apartments

The staff are very nice and friendly. The pool is great and the gym too. The rooms are big and clean.

Okay I moved to north pointe summer 2015 with my roommate. We were transferred from their sister property (the ranch, because of water damage). Anyways my roommate and I thought we were getting into a good apartment finally. We never had any issues while living there. My roommate moved out in May 2016. I moved out July 2016. My roommate left me with a mess and her room had ruined carpet. I told the front desk and they said well her room she will get billed for it. And the common areas do need to be cleaned before I moved out. I cleaned my room and common areas before I turned in my keys. Then their system had mine and my roommates bedrooms changed. She was in B and I was in A but in the system it was backwards. Anyways I got stuck with her dirty ass room bill. And she didn't have to pay anything. I went to north pointe and complained. And I had pictures from my room and still they said they couldn't tell it was which room.

Love this place! Mgmt that you can actually talk to! The pool is great and the updated fitness center is awesome. Not to mention the fun parties hosted by Northpointe. Just renewed my lease for next year!

Don't move here. The new owners are bullies. They try to screw you over at every turn.



They say rent is due on the third day of the month at 10 AM before late fees start. So, if you get up to send it in at 10, you'll find that their offices OPEN at exactly 10, so you'll find yourself screwed there.



And, lets say your rent is late because you now have to pay a late fee you didn't expect. Well, guess what! You'll get a nice letter threatening a lawsuit.



There's no understanding for people struggling to get by, or anything like that. They treat you like a number in their revenue. Don't live here. Don't support bullies.



The internet is also unreliable and occasionally craps out and goes slow, especially in the evenings. They have some cheapo ISP and cable provider called Pavlov. No AMC, so no Walking Dead all you Walking Dead fans.



There's no guarantee that you'll not be oppressed by noisy partying neighbors: it happened to me all last year and the thin walls didn't help. The speedbump to get into the main gate scrapes the bottom of most sedans.

I currently live at Northpointe and I'm telling you, don't live here. The office is very unhelpful. They leave you rooms that have several problems (rooms that should have been fixed before you moved in). You aren't allowed to move in until the end of August, yet you are required to pay for the entire month of August. They do routine "inspections" of your apartment, which is such an invasion of privacy. Worst place to live.
